Sales Executive


We are looking for an enthusiastic Presales Executive to join our Sales team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Gathering the data from the internal and external sources and calling the lead prospects.
  • Scrutinizing the data based on the conversation in calls and identifying the potential buyers.
  • Coordinating with sales executives to make direct contact with potential customers.
  • Inviting the customers to property tour visits and any other customer-related events.
  • Handling outbound and inbound calls, solving queries.
  • Operating telephonic equipment, automatic dialing system and other telecommunication technologies.
  • Good listening skills to understand the needs of the customers.

Key competency and skills :

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Good listening skills and ability to understand customer needs and requirements.
  • Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with real estate market trends and regulations is a plus.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain positive and motivated.
