Pre Sales Executive

Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Tele caller to join our Sales department. The ideal candidate will have 0-1 years of experience in telemarketing or customer service. The primary responsibility of the Telecaller will be to make outbound calls to potential customers in order to promote our products or services.

Key responsibilities:

– Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services
– Provide information about products or services and answer any questions from customers
– Follow up with customers who have shown interest in our products or services
– Maintain accurate records of all calls made and customer interactions
– Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
– Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling

Key competency and skills :

– High school diploma or equivalent
– 0-1 years of experience in telemarketing or customer service
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
– Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
